Terms & Conditions
Effective October 23, 2026
By creating an account or booking a ride with Sammee's, you agree to these terms.
Membership
- You must be a member to book. Membership is free.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Please give accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for rides booked under your account.
- Business accounts are for companies and assistants booking rides for other people.
- By creating an account, you agree to receive automated text message confirmations about your rides. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Booking
- A ride request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.
- Prices on the site are starting rates. We will confirm the car and final total. Gratuity is included in all totals.
- Rides between 10:45 PM to 5:59 AM have a $10 to $20 fee, depending on exact pickup/drop off location, time, vehicle type, etc. We will confirm the total in the final confirmation.
- PAX Van and As Directed (hourly) pricing is quoted by phone.
- Bookings made within 12 hours of pickup may incur a 10% fee added to the total.
- Additional stops start at $10, depending on zip code, vehicle type, and route.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a fee of the total ride fare.
- If the airline cancels the flight, no cancellation fee applies.
- If the flight is delayed, the booking is adjusted to the new arrival time.
- If the rider/member cancels instead of keeping the adjusted booking, the standard cancellation fee applies.
Wait time
- Airport arrivals: Up to 60 minutes of wait time is included. Waiting longer than 60 minutes is subject to an additional fee.
- All other pickups: We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled pickup time. After the grace period, wait time is charged at $1 per minute.
Riding with us
- Please be ready at your pickup time.
- Riders must follow the law and the chauffeur's safety instructions. We may refuse or end a ride for unsafe or illegal behavior.
- You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your passengers.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes or other things outside our control.
- Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Pets
- Pets are welcome on Sammee's rides. Please let us know when you book.
- Pets weighing twenty-four pounds or more are subject to an additional fee.
- Service animals are always welcome, at no extra charge.
Vehicle cleaning
- We keep every vehicle clean and ready for our next guest.
- If the rider(s) leave the vehicle requiring excessive cleaning, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
Text messages
By creating an account, you agree that Sammee's may send you automated text messages about your rides: confirmations, reminders and updates. You may receive up to 4 messages per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy at sammees.com/privacy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The newest version will always be posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
