Sammee's ("we," "us") provides private chauffeur service in Metro Detroit and surrounding communities. This policy explains what we collect through sammees.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number, address and password. Business members also give their company name and role.
- Ride details: pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, date and time, passengers, bags, airline and flight number, and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or text.
How we use it
We use your information only to set up your membership, schedule and confirm your rides, contact you about your trips, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
When you create an account, you agree to receive automated text messages from us about your rides, such as confirmations, reminders and updates. You may receive up to 4 messages per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else sees it
We share information only with services that help us run sammees.com and deliver your messages, such as our website host, email provider and text-message provider, and only so they can do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website is completely secure. Please keep your password private.
Your choices
You can update your account details on your Profile page. To delete your account, call or email us.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
